1 Timothy 6:11-12
“Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.”
Question:
Pursuing something means to go after it with passion. It won’t always be cool to pursue things like righteousness, godliness, faith, love, etc. But, the Bible asks us to do this because it leads us closer to God, creates healthy relationships and helps the world look more like heaven. Which of these have you had a hard time pursuing? Which one will you pursue more this week?
